I am currently heavily researching for a very good laptop that has a great balance between the price and the configuration and power. My budget for it is not very high, maybe let’s say around GBP 1000…
So armed with all that very clear information, I started to research the huge ocean of offers out there, which is in my humble opinion, extremely confusing, making this choosing activity quite annoying.
But not all hope is lost. So, we know a video/3d laptop definitely needs to firstly have a great video card, capable of heavy rendering, with at least 6GB RAM.
Since I love Blender as both 3D and Video editor, I found they actually made a top of the best video cards bencharked by their team: https://opendata.blender.org/

Then, the video files take tons of space, so a minimum of 1TB of hard disk space is required.
